On May 7, 2010 at approximately 11:00 p.m. police officers responded to the above area and found the victim lying in a nearby driveway unconscious and suffering from stab wounds. Passer-bys had discovered the victim and called 911. The incident may be gang related.

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects responsible for inflicting the injuries that caused the death of a man found in the 1100 block of Forest Street in Reno. On Saturday March 6, 2010 at about 4:53 pm Officers of the Reno Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Forest Street and found a male victim in the roadway that had been physically attack and injured. The victim was transported to RENOWN Medical Center where he died from the injuries. Gang Shooting at Oddie & Silverada

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects responsible for a shooting in the Sak 'N Save parking lot on March 7, 2010 at around 12:30am. Two people were shot while sitting in their car. The victims were treated at the Renown Trauma Center with non-life threatening wounds. This shooting maybe gang related and is being investigated by the Regional Gang Unit. Homicide Elvin Beltran C Street Sparks

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide 17-year-old Elvin Beltran of Cold Springs, NV in the area of the 1700 block of C St. Sparks, NV.
On December 5, 2009 Sparks Police responded to the above area on reports of gunshots and a victim down. The victim was found in the area of 1725 C Street on the sidewalk. Witnesses stated that there was a juvenile party held at 1709 C Street when a physical fight broke out and the victim was shot. As many as 25 juveniles attended the party and may have been witnesses to the shooting or the fight leading up to the fight. A number of vehicles were seen leaving the area after the shooting. The shooting may be gang related.

Homicide 16 Year Old 1810 Silverada

On August 26, 2009 at approximately 10:05 p.m. the victim was shot and taken to Renown Medical Center by associates. The victim succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses report seeing a red mini-van leaving the area near the time of the shooting.

Homicide Gang Related 51 year old female

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the homicide of a 51-year-old female in the area of Neil Rd. and Peckham Lane Reno, NV.
On July 25, 2009 at approximately 7:25 p.m. officers responded to the 7-11 in the above area on a report of a shooting. Witnesses reported that a dark colored 4-door sedan occupied by three suspects was parked at the 7-11. A conversation occurred between the suspects and the victim and his family who were there purchasing gasoline. One of the suspects fired several shots from a handgun at the family. A 24-year-old male and his 51-year-old mother were struck by the gunfire. The mother died as a result of her injuries. The shooting is believed to be gang related. Homicide Marvin Urquilla

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of 19-year-old Marvin Urquilla of Reno, NV.
On February 15, 2009 at approximately 6:00 a.m. officers responded to 950 Nutmeg Place on a report of a stabbing. The victim was found in the courtyard bleeding profusely. The victim was transported to the hospital for emergency treatment. On June 24 the victim succumbed to his wounds. The case is now deemed a homicide. Detectives would like to interview a witness who was present during the stabbing and has critical information relating to the homicide. The witness is known as Antonio a Hispanic male adult, 19 to 23 years old, 5’5” to 5’7” tall, with a tattoo “Antonio” above the ankle on one leg. The witness is known to frequent the Neal Road area and Miguel Ribera Park where he frequently plays soccer. He may live in the Stead or Sun Valley area.

On December 16, 2008 at approximately 5:00 p.m. officers responded to the above address to check on the welfare of the victim who had not been heard from for about two weeks. They found the body of George Eden a 61-year-old Reno resident. The victim suffered at least one stab wound. Detectives are attempting to locate persons of interest in the investigation.

Homicide Male Victim 133 Gardner Street

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of a male victim in an apartment at 155 Gardner St. Reno, NV.
On September 30, 2008 at approximately 6:00 a.m. officers responded to apartment #3 and found a deceased male adult. The victim suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Witnesses reported that the victim had an altercation with another male in the apartment. Subsequently, shots were fired and the victim fell to the floor. The suspect fled in an unknown direction possibly bleeding from an unknown wound, which he may have suffered as a result of the altercation. The suspect is described as an unknown race male adult wearing a light colored possibly grey hooded sweatshirt.

Homicide 427 Evans Avenue

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of a male victim in the area of 427 Evans Ave. Reno, NV.
On August 25, 2008 at approximately 12:00 a.m. officers responded to the above area and found a deceased 26-year-old male. The victim suffered blunt force trauma to the head. Surveillance video shows the suspect leaving the area northbound in the alley. When the suspect reached 5th Street he had a nonviolent confrontation with two potential witnesses, a male and female walking together. The suspect is described as a white male adult, approximately 30 years old, 5’7” to 5’9” tall, heavy build, with short blonde possibly curly hair, wearing dark pants and a bloody white t-shirt. Attempted Murder/Stabbing

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the attempted murder/stabbing of a male victim at 3855 Raven Way Reno, NV.
On July 28, 2008 officers responded to the above address and found a male victim with multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to Renown Medical Center and underwent surgery for his injuries. Interviews of witnesses identified 38-year-old ROBERT YARBER as a possible witness to the crime. Police are seeking Yarber for questioning. He is described as homeless and frequents various locations around Reno. Police have a picture of Yarber available.

Homicide Bryan Coursey at Diamond Dolls

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the homicide of Bryan Coursey at Diamond Dolls 310 Spokane St. Reno, NV.
On June 15, 2008 at approximately 12:20 a.m. two groups of males became involved in an altercation inside Diamond Dolls. Both groups were escorted outside where the altercation continued. During the altercation a shooting occurred. As a result, the victim, a Reno resident, 21 year old Bryan Coursey died from a gunshot wound. Authorities are investigating this as a homicide and are looking for two suspects. The suspects, ARNULFO CARRILLO, born 12-7-1974, approximately 5’7” tall, 155 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair; and CESAR GARCIA, born 8-5-1984, approximately 5’6” tall, 160 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair are both wanted and arrest warrants have been issued. Good Times Bar Homicide

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the homicide of a patron at the Good Times Bar 1430 S. Wells Ave. Reno, NV.
On April 16, 2008 at approximately 8:03 p.m. the suspects entered the business through a rear door and began robbing the patrons. The victim was shot and the suspects fled on foot eastbound on Broadway Blvd. toward Locust St. The victim was transported to Renown Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Identification is being withheld pending notification of next to kin. The first suspect is described as a black male adult, 30 to 40 years old, approximately 5’10” tall, 210 pounds, dark complexion and round face, wearing a dark blue puffy hooded coat, a black scarf or bandana covering the lower part of his face, and dark baggy pants. This suspect was armed with a large semi-automatic handgun. The second suspect is described as a black male adult, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 6’ to 6’2” tall, slender build, wearing a grey colored hooded sweatshirt, possibly with blue colored sleeves, and baggy dark colored pants. Witnesses describe a vehicle leaving the area at about the same time as a gray colored 1980’s model full size American sedan possibly a Buick.

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the two suspects wanted in connection with the stabbing death of 44 year old male Reno resident GORDON STINE at the Knights Inn 660 N. Virginia Street Reno, NV.
On January 21, 2008 at approximately 3:51 p.m. Reno Police Department responded to the above address regarding a stabbing victim. Medical personnel responded, but lifesavings attempts were unsuccessful, the victim succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses have provided limited information. The investigation is still on going. The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, approximately 28 years old, 5’8” tall, 155 to 160 pounds, goatee and mustache, wearing a blue jacket with white stripes down the arm. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 27 years old, 5’9” tall, 150 to 160 pounds, no facial hair and no further description.

On November 7, 2007, at approximately 9:30 a.m. Officers responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle in the above area. Officers found GALLEGO, a 29-year-old female deceased in a vehicle. On September 16, 2007, at approximately 11:30 p.m. Officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance the above address. Officers found the ROBB, a 35-year-old Reno resident, lying on a second floor landing an apparent victim of a stabbing. A number of persons and witnesses residing in the area have been interviewed. The investigation is ongoing.

Shooting at Ink Aholics, 1355 S. Wells - Reno

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with a shooting at Ink Aholics, located at 1355 South Wells Avenue.
On Thursday, August 16, 2007, at around 11:25 hours several people became involved in a fight in the parking lot of Ink Aholics, located near South Wells and Vassar. The fight escalated until one person was shot. He is recovering from a non-life threatening wound to his buttocks.

Homicide Male Victim at the Lido Inn

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the two suspects wanted in connection with the homicide of a male victim at the LIDO INN 280 W. 4th St. Reno, NV.
On May 14, 2007, at approximately 3:15 a.m., two suspects confronted the male victim at the above address. One of the suspects produced a handgun and shot the victim. The suspects then fled in a vehicle (no description) and were last seen in the area of 1st and Washington Street. The victim was transported to Renown Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. The first suspect is described as a black male adult, unknown build, wearing long shorts to his mid-calf with a large checkered pattern. The second suspect is described as a black male adult, unknown build, wearing dark clothing.

Homicide Two Victims at Kings Ranch Market

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the three suspects wanted in connection with the double homicide of a male and female victim in the parking lot of King Ranch Market 1400 S. Wells Ave. Reno, NV.
On May 11, 2007, time not listed, two victims were shot and killed at the above address. Details of the shooting are vague and the motive is unclear. Names of the victims are being withheld at this time. Police would like to interview EDWIN RAMIREZ who was seen occupying a 1989 blue four door Toyota Corolla with blue painted rims minutes prior to the shooting. The RAMIREZ a.k.a “Lil Playboy” is described as a Hispanic male adult, d.o.b of 8/25/88, approximately 5’4” tall, 113 pounds, tuft of hair on the crown of his head and the rest almost shaved. The suspects are described as Hispanic males in their 20’s.

Missing Persons Case Turns Homicide

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of a 39 year old Sun Valley resident, Joseph McMillan.
On March 23, 2007 Washoe County Sheriff’s Office received a missing persons report indicating that McMillan had not been seen nor heard from for weeks. On April 2, 2007 Nevada County Sheriff’s Office advised that a body identified as only “John Doe” was found in a shallow grave in the area of Hwy 20 near Chalk Bluff Road. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has since positively identified the body as that of Joseph McMillan. A photograph of the victim is available at the Sheriff’s Office. This case is still under investigation.

On February 4, 2007 at approximately 3:00 p.m. the Reno Police Department responded to a shooting victim at the Renown Medical Center. Subsequently, they were dispatched to 200 Mill St. regarding a deceased male Reno resident who was a victim of a gunshot wound. Both incidents were related. Police are attempting to identify and locate two additional male suspects who were seen fleeing the area with the injured victim. The names of the victims are being withheld and the homicide investigation continues.

Homicide: Miguel Diaz K-Mart Parking Lot

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of a 32-year-old male Hispanic Sparks resident who was found in the parking lot of K-Mart 2121 Oddie Blvd. Sparks, NV.
On January 29, 2007 at approximately 3:53 p.m. the Sparks Police Officers responded to the parking lot at K-Mart on a report of a shooting. Officers located the body of Miguel Diaz who appeared to have died from a gunshot wound. Witnesses described a black Dodge Durango that fled the parking lot at high speed. Police located the suspect vehicle in the 2300 block of Jessie Way and searched a residence in the area for the suspect(s) and evidence from the shooting. The Police have interviewed all of the occupants who were in the suspect vehicle and witnesses that were at K-Mart. Police believe that there are many more individuals who may have witnessed the homicide.

Homicide George Albert Kelly aka Cowboy

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of GEORGE ALBERT KELLY a.k.a. “COWBOY” in the area of 160 Sinclair Reno, NV.
On November 18, 2006 at approximately 10:49 a.m. officers responded to the above address on a report of a shooting. The victim was located in the street next to his bicycle with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim is described as an unemployed male adult, d.o.b. of April 17, 1969. Detectives are attempting to locate a suspect vehicle described as a 1995 to 2000 gold-colored Saturn. The suspect, who was observed arguing with the victim prior to shooting him, is described as a black male adult. The suspect entered the passenger side of the suspect vehicle, which fled eastbound on State Street. Detectives would like to talk to the driver of the vehicle who is described as a white male adult with blonde hair as a witness only at this time. Detectives are also looking for a possible witness who was in the area at the time of the shooting. This witness is described as a black female adult, in her 20’s, driving a green compact 4-door vehicle similar to a Honda. She also is considered only a witness at this time.

Homicide

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the gang homicide of one male and the shooting of a second male in the area of 2654 Longridge Dr. Carson City, NV.
On October 27, 2006 at approximately 9:23 p.m., during a Halloween party, a gun battle erupted in the street between three separate gangs. At the time of the shooting there were approximately 60 to 100 youths at the house and in the street. One victim was shot in the head and is not expected to live. The second victim was shot in the chest but is expected to recover. Carson City Sheriff’s Department is investigating this incident as a homicide.

On October 3, 2006 at approximately 5:00 p.m. two men, who were exploring the area, discovered what they thought was a body inside an abandoned mine and immediately reported it to authorities. The victim was a male between the ages of 30 and 50 years old. Investigators have yet to identify the victim and consider this a homicide.

The victim was wearing dark colored clothing when found. On February 21, 2006 at approximately 11:50 a.m. the officers were called to the above address by relatives to check on the welfare of a family member who had not been seen for several days. Upon arrival it was learned that the family had located the subject deceased inside his apartment. There was evidence of trauma and violence not consistent with a natural death and the case is being investigated as a homicide. The manner of death is unique and critical to the criminal investigation and no further information is being released at this time.

Homicide Stabbing Gonzalez-Juarez

to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the stabbing homicide
of ANTONIO GONZALEZ-JUAREZ a 25 year old resident of Reno, NV.
On December 3, 2005 at about 1:10 a.m. officers responded to 3445 Neil Rd. regarding a fight, with three victims being stabbed. While en route to that call, officers located a fourth victim of a stabbing lying in the street near the intersection of Neil and Riley. He was identified as Antonio Gonzalez-Juarez. All four victims were transported to Washoe Medical Center where efforts to resuscitate Mr. Gonzalez-Juarez proved futile. The other three subjects were treated for their injuries. One was released and two were admitted with serious injuries. Their names are not being released at this time.
Preliminary indications are that the initial three stabbing victims were standing in front of 3445 Neil Rd. conversing when they were accosted by approximately six male suspects armed with knifes and clubs. These suspects had been engaged in a verbal confrontation with the victims earlier. The victims were stabbed and beaten. Subsequently, the suspects fled the scene on foot in a northerly direction.
By all accounts, the decedent had not been involved in the earlier argument and his involvement in this incident has not yet been determined. Robbery/ Homicide detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Mr. Gonzalez-Juarez death and the stabbing of the three other subjects.

On September 6, 2005 early morning hours the Washoe County District Sheriff’s Office responded to a transitional home on El Rancho Drive regarding a report of a male adult suffering from three gunshot wounds. The victim and MATHEW SMITH became involved in an argument over a parking space. SMITH left the scene and returned later and shot the victim. SMITH fled and may be driving a 1989 light brown Ford Probe, NV license 814 RSG or a 1976 blue Dodge pickup NV license 100 SSN. Smith has family in the Hungary Valley area.

Attempted Homicide Female in Hoge Road Area

Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the attempted homicide of a 34-year-old white female in the area of Hoge Road Washoe County, NV.
On November 11, 2004 at approximately 10:47 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call about a wounded female. The victim’s injuries were mainly to the head and appeared to have been caused by blunt force trauma. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening. The victim stated she was forced into a green truck and brought to the hills above Hoge Road where the suspect tried to kill her. A friend on West 4th St. near Ralston saw the victim on Thursday night at approximately 10:00 p.m. as she was walking alone. This attack may be related to one that occurred in the same general area on June 3rd. That female victim reported that she was picked up by a male suspect driving a dark colored SUV while she was walking in the area of West 4th and Arlington Avenue. The suspect battered the victim with what appeared to be blunt force trauma to the head. The suspect in both cases is described only as a clean cut Hispanic or Native American male adult, 30 to 35 years old, approximately 5’6” to 5’9” tall, muscular build with short curly hair combed back, and pock marked complexion. Based on items seen in his vehicle the suspect may work in the construction industry. A composite drawing of the suspect is available at the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.

On September 23, 2004 approximately 4:16 p.m. KYLA ANNAN was discovered dead by her boyfriend in her residence. The victim suffered a violent death and there are indications that she fought furiously to save her life. Previously on September 13, 2004 at approximately 12:22 a.m. the victim and her boyfriend reported an intruder who had broken into their residence, but it is unknown if this incident is related to the homicide.

Attempted Murder Michael Huckaby

On September 19, 2004 approximately 3:00 a.m. Police Officers responded to the above area on a report of a stabbing. Officers found a male with multiple stab wounds. The investigation disclosed that the victim had gotten into an argument with an ex-roommate in the apartment. During the fight, the suspect stabbed HUCKABY in the chest multiple times. The suspect fled and the victim crawled to a neighbor’s apartment for help. HUCKABY was transported to Washoe Medical Center where he is in critical condition. Detectives are not revealing the identity of the suspect.

Jose Miguel Paulino-Nolverto

Secret Witness is offering a $2,500 cash reward in the following case for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect(s).
The Reno Police Department is requesting assistance from members of our community in solving the ongoing investigation into the murder of 24 year old, Jose “Miguel” Paulino-Nolverto. His body was discovered in a vacant field near the northern end of Sutro Steet on March 3, 2001. He was last seen alive at approximately 4:30 PM on February 28, 2001 when he left the El Pulgarcito Restaurant at the intersection of East Fourth Street and Wells Avenue where he had been working for the eighteen months prior to his disappearance.
Thus far, the investigation has developed information indicating that the victim made a telephone call from the restaurant to an unidentified person just prior to his disappearance. Witnesses to portions of that telephone conversation described hearing the victim conversing in Spanish and making plans to meet with him/her that evening at his residence. The victim was reportedly making arrangements to have carpet cleaning performed at his Sun Valley residence. Those same witnesses believed that the victim was most likely conversing with a former customer of the El Pulgarcito Restaurant.
Homicide detectives believe that the person the victim was talking with may have unknowingly received information from the victim which could be extremely valuable to this investigation.

On November 4, 2003 at approximately 10:30 PM, Reno Police officers responded to 320 Broadway Drive in Reno in front of Fa’sho Productions Recording Studio, in regards to a shooting that had just occurred.
Officers arrived and located a victim, Kristopher Kerrtisse Nelson lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to his torso. Nelson died as a result of his injuries.
After interviewing witnesses in the area, officers learned that two suspects were seen running from the area after the shooting. Suspect #1 is described as: Black adult male; mid 20’s; 5’8”; 160-170 lbs with a dark complexion. He is from the Oakland, California area and may have been in prison in that area. He uses the street name of “Kali” or “Kaleem.” He is a known associate of a Max Reed who is also from the Oakland, CA area and who is a black male 25 years old. Suspect #2: Black adult male; early 30’s; 5’8”; 160-170 lbs with a light complexion.

Suspect #1 is described as a white male adult in his late teens to early 20’s wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. Suspect #2 is described as a black male adult in his late teens or early 20’s.

Everybody's Inn Attempted Homicide

the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the attempted homicide of a male victim in the parking lot of EVERYBODY’S INN 1756 E. 4th St. Reno, NV.
On October 5, 2003 at approximately 5:47 p.m. Officers responded to EVERYBODY’S INN on the report of shots fired with an injured subject down. Investigation revealed the victim had engaged in a verbal and physical altercation with the two suspects. One of the suspects produced a large caliber handgun and shot at the victim four or five times striking him in the back and arms. The suspects fled the area in a pink/light purple Ford Extra Cab pickup with Nevada license 857PXP. The victim was treated at Washoe Medical Center for non-life threatening gunshot wounds. Suspect #1 is described as a black male adult, approximately 20 to 30 years old, 6’ tall, thin build, dark complexion, and shaved head. Suspect #2 is described as a black male adult, approximately 20 to 30 years old, 6’ tall, thin build, dark complexion, pigtails or dreadlocks.

On September 25, 2003 at approximately 6:40 a.m. a resident living in the 500 block of Hillcrest Dr. saw what he believed was an injured person laying in a neighbor’s yard. The resident notified police and REMSA who subsequently determined that trauma on the victim made it apparent that he was a homicide victim. The victim lived alone across the street from where the body was found. Police subsequently executed a search warrant on the victim’s residence. The investigation is ongoing.

On August 23, 2003 at approximately 8:00 a.m. a Reno man, who was walking his dog in the area, found the body of the female victim. It did not appear that the victim had been deceased long. Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has since identified the victim, but has not released the name pending notification of kin. An autopsy was performed and the case is being considered a homicide. The case is still under investigation.

The victim died a short time later.
